Joolia PA is a personal assistant application that integrates with third-party services including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, WhatsApp, and AI providers to help you manage emails, tasks, calendar events, contacts, and messaging.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
You must notify the administrator immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications
Harass, abuse, or harm other individuals
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Transmit malicious code or attempt to compromise the Service
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

The Service connects to third-party platforms (Google, Meta, Anthropic, OpenAI, Brave) on your behalf. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to generate responses, classify emails, create summaries, and perform other tasks. AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any actions the assistant takes on your behalf, including emails sent and messages delivered.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: lost data, missed communications, incorrect AI classifications, unintended messages sent, or service interruptions.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting the administrator.
